Registration is restricted to companies registered in Hong Kong.
The domain name does NOT need to be identical to or derived from the legal name of the Hong Kong company.
There is no restriction on the number of names that may be register by a single Hong Kong company.
To process the application and complete the registration emni will require:
(a) copy of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Department of the Government of HKSAR
or (b) copy of the Certificate of Registration of Overseas Company from the Companies Registry of the HKSAR Government.
