Registration is restricted to Bermudan organisations. The domain name does NOT need to correspond with the name of the Bermudan organisation. There is no maximum number of domains that may be registered to a single Bermudan organisation. The Bermuda organisation will be made the legal registrant/owner of the domain name. To complete the registation emni will require an application from (to be provided by emni) to be printed onto the Bermudan organisations headed paper and signed by the proposed administrative contact in the Bermudan organisation.
